Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AramPOS ("the service"), provided by AramPOS ("we", "us"). By buying a subscription or using the service you agree to them. Questions: support@arampos.com.
1. The service
AramPOS is an online point-of-sale and inventory system for businesses. We may improve or change features over time. We aim for the service to be available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability; the till is designed to keep working offline during connection problems.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your passwords secure. You're responsible for what happens under your store's accounts, including your staff's accounts.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, and you're using the service for business purposes.
3. Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions are bought through our marketplace partners (such as JVZoo or WarriorPlus) and renew automatically for the plan period you chose until cancelled. You can cancel through the marketplace at any time; your store stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- If a renewal payment isn't received, your store stays usable for a 14-day grace period, after which it may be suspended. Suspended stores can't sign in or sync.
- Prices may change for future periods; we'll tell you in advance. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
4. Your data
You own your store's business data. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including prices and tax rates, and for complying with laws that apply to your business (such as tax, receipt and consumer laws). 5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything illegal, try to access other stores' data, interfere with the service's security or operation, resell it without permission, or overload it with automated requests.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a store for non-payment, refunds or chargebacks, or serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. After suspension, store data may be permanently deleted after 60 days, so export anything you need.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, and you should check important figures (such as tax and cash totals) yourself. AramPOS does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and notify store owners of significant changes by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
